Incorrect Addresses

Return Eligibility

You may return items within 14 days of delivery if:

• Items are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

• Tags and packaging are intact

• A return request is initiated via email to info@ascendantfashion.xyz

Items Not Eligible for Return

🚫 Sorry, we can’t accept returns on:

• Final Sale items

• Hygiene-sensitive products (e.g. baby socks, bibs, undergarments, hats)

• Gift cards and promotional items

How to Return

1. Email us at info@ascendantfashion.xyz with your order number, the item(s), and reason for return.

2. We’ll send you return instructions and address.

3. After we receive and inspect your return, you’ll receive your refund or exchange update 💌

Please note: Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless the item was incorrect or defective.

💸 Refunds

• Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

• Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.

• We’ll prioritize your case and send a replacement or refund ASAP.
